AbstractexoRBase 2.0 is an updated online database dedicated to storing and analyzing long RNAs (exLRs) found in extracellular vesicles (EVs) from various human body fluids. It includes data on over 19,000 mRNAs, 15,000 lncRNAs, and 79,000 circRNAs derived from approximately 1,000 samples of blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, and bile. The database not only compares exLR expression but also visualizes functional changes and the heterogeneity of origins of EVs under different physiological and pathological conditions, aiding in the discovery of new biomarkers to improve disease diagnosis and treatment. It can be accessed at http://www.exoRBase.org.
